PHR/GPHR/SPHR: Each course is worth 1-3 hours of PHR/GPHR/SPHR recertification credit (see the list below the map). To earn PHR, GPHR, or SPHR recertification credit for a course, you must pass its final exam for PHR, GPHR, or SPHR credit with a score of 80% or higher, answering at least 8 out of 10 questions correctly.

To Obtain Online Continuing Education Credits:

  1. Click on a course from the list above. On the page that opens click Start Course - sign in or register if you need to.

  2. Proceed through the course, taking the Memory Joggers, and when you reach the end, click the Begin Final Exam button and then the Purchase Exam button.

  3. Review the item in your shopping cart and then click Proceed to Checkout.

  4. Continue through the Shopping Cart, provide your payment information, review your order, and then click Place Order.

  5. The next screen will serve as your online receipt and provide links to access your online exam. In addition, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
