Preparing for Expert Witness Testimony

As our society becomes more litigious, business professionals are being called upon even more to testify in court regarding employment, pay practices, and benefits matters. This testimony must be both relevant and reliable. This course is intended to assist you in preparing for expert witness testimony in court. You’ll learn how to prepare your CV, give your deposition, and supply answers to direct-examination vs. cross-examination questions. This course covers the specifics of expert witness testimony, including what to wear, how to behave on the witness stand, how to address the judge, and how to survive the "killer question," which could discredit you and your entire side of the case.
